Christmas season at Trinity Methodist Church starts with a MGC Concert

The preparations for Christmas at Trinity Methodist Church, Heywood began with a concert by the choir on the eve of the first Sunday of Advent. After a varied first half we switched to a Christmas theme in the second half which included a lively Ghanaian carol “The newborn Prince of Peace’ which the audience greatly appreciated. In addition to it being a thoroughly enjoyable evening around £250 pounds was raised for the church funds too.
