£700 raised at Concert at Withington Methodist Church

This is a belated post to say we had a wonderful evening at Withington Methodist Church on 14th October 2023 raising a fantastic sum of £700 to support their work with local people. This was our first full concert since returning after the Covid pandemic and what a night it was! The audience were enthusiastic and appreciative of our concert programme and the solo performances from our Director Margaret Ferguson and Jonathan Ellis on piano.

The pandemic led to several changes in our membership leading us to rebuild the choir and develop a new repertoire. It was really good to be back in concert and enable others to fulfil their work by raising much needed funds for their project.
